Overall Job Scope:
Provide support and build know-how on all Learning Technology tools, including development, delivery and maintenance of training for 4700+ restaurants in the US.
Key Functions:
Determine Strategy/Recommend Best Practices
- Provides resolutions to complex issues and executes against project plans.
- Partner with curriculum designers and provide feedback on best practices, alternative options, and most effective technology for content development as well as opportunities for reusability.
- Establish “best in class” processes and tools.
- Implementation/Execution:
- Lead projects related to new processes and technologies and how they can be integrated into the restaurants.
- Lead projects related to evaluating/tracking system effectiveness.
- Collaborate with partners and technical teams to implement configuration/customizations to the system and application upgrades.
- Test all changes to business processes or system configuration. Communicate updates and changes to the system/tools and processes.
- Technical Expertise & Support
Work with team to push content from development to production and ensure in-restaurant usability.
Assist with set up and maintenance around LCMS metadata, authoring templates, and themes.
Monitor and maintain governance of content (structure and reusability, standards library and e-learning)
Assist with troubleshooting system issues and case submission to vendors/Help Desk
Import/export content to LCMS and LMS.

EDUCATION:
- Undergraduate degree in Learning Development or IT related field, or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
- 3-5 years experience in a related role.
- Exceptional analytical skills and capacity for critical thinking, organization and change management skills, project planning, ability to meet specific timelines and deliverables and regularly communicate progress against goals.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multi task.
- Strong customer service focus with a keen sense of urgency and commitment to executional excellence, accountability and teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of learning technologies and content development tools. Experience with Saba’s Learning Management System and Centra, Testcraft, Outstart Evolution Learning Content Management System a plus.
