HPP Support Analyst AMS - McKesson, United States

We are seeking a dynamic Individual to join Managed Services Application Management Services (AMS) as a Support Analyst experienced for the day to day support and maintenance of Horizon Core Clinical Applications as well as understands the integration with other McKesson applications. 

Focus of this position will be Horizon Physician Portalas well as a focus on any of the core Horizon applications and/or modules at 10.x release version. 

Experience in any combination of other Horizon Core suite of applications, including but not limited to: HED, HEO, HEC, Care Organizer, Health Summary, Admin Rx, Clinical Query. Experience with EPW and/or Horizon Ambulatory Care is a plus. 

Excellent understanding of HCI is a must. 

This is a remote position and requires rotating on-call. 

Analyzes problems with software applications to identify problem area(s) and recommend corrective action. Recommends solutions to customer application questions. May utilize specialized domain expertise related to the specific application of the software to resolve customer problems. 

The ideal candidate will have worked at 2nd tier support, understands both application/technical aspects of the application. 

This is a Remote support position that would require support of multiple customers with call rotation and includes addressing problem tickets and request of service (RFS). 

6+ years Core Clinicals healthcare applications support experience 

HPP experience 

Expertise in Horizon Physician Portal and integration with Horizon Clinical Infrastructure troubleshooting. 

BS degree or equivalent experience.
