As Support Lead, you will use the latest technologies to provide consulting and support services to our clients in the application of IT solutions. Your excellent analytical and problem solving skills will enable you to quickly and effectively develop solutions to business/technical issues, support your changes with clear and detailed documentation, and provide ongoing support for implemented systems. 

With strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle and up-to-date knowledge of development methodologies and IT trends, you will: 

  • Provide consultative support to the e-Business Manager, Project Manager and client in the identification of business problems and the development of targeted solutions.
  • Assist in requirements gathering sessions to acquire and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive design documents and screens, and support walkthrough meetings with clients and developers.
  • Ensure the application has been properly migrated into test environment, and hold walkthroughs of the test requirements and test cases.
  • Support our QA staff in execution of the test plan, including providing updated functional specifications as required.
  • Assist in migrating application to production environment
  • Participate in the post-implementation review and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Manage all role responsibilities within/to Quality Management System (QMS).
  • developing scripts for investigation

Are You the Right Fit? 

The right candidate for this role is a technical resource with broad exposure to the software development lifecycle and at least 2-3 years of related experience. Previous experience as a Developer, Technical Business Analyst, or as a member of a Support team is excellent preparation.

Key skills that will allow you to excel include:

  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL T-SQL, SSIS, Visual Studio, TFS, and C#.NET, MS Reporting Services, IIS
  • Strong experience maintaining and deploying web services, web applications
  • Java is not a requirement
  • Fat wire CMS is not a requirement
  • Client-server based application knowledge is not a requirement (nice to have)

At a minimum, you must have technical skills including:

  • Web-Based Applications (5+ years)
  • ASP.NET (5+ years)
  • SQL (5+ years)
  • IIS (3+ years)
