In support of our operation in Indonesia as part of Emerio’s strategy to strengthen its presence in Asia, we are looking for young and experienced Professional to fulfill following position:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from reputable university
- Experienced as IT Project Manager minimum for 3 years with PMP Certification or other PM certification would be an advantage
- Has experience in leading minimum of 2 application projects, preferably in Banking Project, such as Regulatory Reporting Project (LBU)
- Has strong understanding and skill in banking business process Candidate should have multi technology skills (Data Warehouse, Business Intelligent, etc)
- Has good understanding and experience in project management knowledge areas: scope management, time management, cost management, resource management, and risk management.
- Good resource management (conflict team anticipation, resolution and approaches)
- Ability to gather data requirements through a variety of techniques (work shops, interviews, etc) and translate into technical solutions
- Assist in the design, development, testing, optimization and deployment of code to development
- Candidates must have the ability to produce a high level of documentation to defined process and quality
- Strong English communication skills both in verbal and written
