IT - Technical Support Officer CODE: (IT-TSO)

Responsibilities:
- IT equipment to perform maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software, networking maintenance, mail server and data server
- Master the basic techniques of hardware (assembly and maintenance) and software in general (PC, Laptop, Printer, MS Office)
- Provide operational support to the IT system environment in order to run properly
Requirements:
- Men, aged 25-30 years
- D3 / S1 Department of Computer Technology / Information Technology
- Having experience as a helpdesk / technical support min. 1 year
- Control of the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting Windows operating system, and network Macinthos System LAN / WAN / VPN / Remote Access Windows Server-based
