Overall, the position of Technical Support Specialist is expected to partner with the organization to:
Provide support in the following areas:
- Provides interactive display support to field representatives and retailer accounts
- Identify and troubleshoot a variety of issues to resolution
- Search parts catalog to order parts when necessary
- Create comprehensive, well-written record of conversations for SCEA use
- Design and build support documentation for field representatives and retailer accounts
- Enable online downloading of instructions for PlayStation Representatives
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in a retail support environment or equivalent
- At least 1 year of post high school education, training, or equivalent
