We are looking for a strong two Senior QA Engineers who have full software development lifecycle experience on new projects and new development. You need to have expert experience with automated and manual testing, test cases, working well with developers for code coverage, regression testing, etc. You will be leading the efforts of quality assurance for a new and innovative product. Automation experience is a MUST. You must be strong in QTP, VB script, database access, and root cause analysis.
The technologies used for the development of this system is .NET Framework 4.0, C#, Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server 2008/2012 and will be based in the Cloud. Knowledge of these technologies will be critical to being successful in this position. Experiece with Cloud deployment and testing is a huge plus. Experience testing .NET/C# applications in a windows environment is a MUST. Development experience in .NET/C# is a huge plus.

Responsibilities
- Work with software developers and business analysts throughout product lifecycle to ensure quality
- Work with code coverage, code analysis, and unit testing tools to ensure quality
- Develop and implement test plans/use cases
- Automate tests
- Assign work to QA analysts and monitor progress
- Work with developers to perform root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis
- Produce and prioritize bug reports
- Excellent communication & documentation skills
- Strong “corner case” identification & problem-solving abilities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
- Experience with SQL Server 2008 (T-SQL, SSIS)
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience running QA in a PCI Compliant environment
- Experience with test automation tools or scripting
- Experience managing continuous integration environments
- Experience with Amazon Web Services/Cloud a plus
- Experience with Release Management a plus
- Experience working with remote development teams a plus
- Prior Software development experience a plus
- 8+ years experience in a Quality Assurance or SCRUM team role
- 5+ years QTP experience writing automated tests
- 5+ years Windows QA experience testing NET/C# applications
- Understanding of software engineering and web development
- Strong overall Technical awareness
- Experience in the financial services industry
