Looking for enthusiastic and energetic software engineer to work on a path-breaking, award winning SaaS application in a fast paced environment. The software engineer will be an addition to an existing team of highly skilled engineers building highly customer focused applications to help make their day-to-day lives easier. As an engineer you will be building and maintaining high performing and scalable enterprise solution targeting legal professionals. As part of this team you will be working on cutting edge of technology and responsible for the design and delivery of key components of the product. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, loves solving customer problems and a programmer not a coder.
Responsibilities
- Implement user stories with high quality with limited direction.
- Adhere to the patterns and practices laid out for development.
- Work with Product Managers to refine requirements and to understand the business needs, and become the subject matter expert.
- Ability to work in Presentation, Application and Data tier.
- Participate in design sessions.
- Document and ensure solutions meet the established architecture guidelines and principles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years experience developing web applications in .NET (.NET, .NET framework 3.5 or higher) with current experience in .Net 4.0.
- Experience with WCF, ASP.Net MVC, JQuery, Microsoft SQL Server, Html, CSS a must.
- Experience building and consuming REST services is desirable.
- Prior SAAS experience a plus.
- Position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, math or equivalent technical discipline or equivalent technical experience.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate and positively contribute with all stakeholders, customers, architects, consulting software engineers, testing organizations, IT infrastructure and other engineering teams, as well as adapt to the level of the audience;
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
