Requirements:
- Level 1 Call Center Support
- Strong Customer Service Skills a Must.
- History of Resolving issues, troubleshooting, helpdesk
- Remote Connection experience
- Remote desktop experience
- Service Manager experience preferred and knowledge of SOX preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Detailed knowledge of basic hardware and software support technologies (MS Word, Excel, Lotus Notes mail, Windows XP operating system support and administration).
- Certified Network Administrator (CNA) is a plus
- Retail experience highly preferred, not required.
