IMAC Support Technician - Compucom - Andover, MA - We are seeking a qualified Technical Support Resource to provide systems support during a late work shift for a top investments company. In addition, you will be creating processes for Windows 7 deployment and reconfiguring the Lotus Notes e-mail system.

OVERVIEW
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Works under general supervision.
REQUIREMENTS
- Work hours 2:00 -10:00 pm
- Requires at least 2 - 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- IMAC experience
- Windows 7 deployment experience in a corporate environment
- Lotus Notes configuration and backup experience
- Familiarity with a variety of tech support concepts, practices, and procedures
- Very professional work habits-shirt and tie environment
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude required
- May require an Associate's degree or its equivalent
