Key responsibilities

  • Build 360 degree campaign plan to support MSM Plans and consider to all channels and routes to market that are relevant to this audience
  • Support the MSM team campaign plans by gathering and synthesizing input from Market Management in the customer sets and/or brands supporting the program, and collaborate with marketing discipline peers to ensure program messages are consistent with the IBM Brand System and are well coordinated and timed in the marketplace.
  • This role is the ultimate co-ordination point across marketing and demand program for the public sector to ensure a cohesive customer journey and consistent messages to market
  • Assists MSM team in driving lead management. They will focus on follow-up activities including RLM, e-nurture, and assist the MSM team in sales follow up to ensure program targets are met.
  • Work with ibm.com and RLM team to brief, enable with MSM team to drive leads for the business
  • Ensure that Unica targets are met and that marketing automation is addressed in campaign planning
  • Take the lead with the supports the MSM’s with the execution of marketing campaigns;
  • Manage the program budget to an expected ROI and achieve/exceed the program objectives
  • Continual assessment & adjustment of Demand Generation Plans due to changing marketing and business unit needs
  • Support execution team with messaging and briefs for activities by working closely with MSM
  • Manage the tools including MEPT and work MSMs to achieve VLRC and WR targets
  • Assist MSM with interlocks with DP team PM’s
  • Work on data segmentation and prioritisation with MSM team to ensure we clear data strategy for 2012 and identify areas for focus and investment
  • Manage and track the campaign results and budget to achieve/exceed marketing objectives. Also manage and track touch cadence and relationship building measures
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to develop key marketing messages and impactful campaign activity in support of the integrated plan.

Key criteria we will be using to determine the successful candidate:

  • Experience in Program Management
  • Experience in the IT industry
  • Comfortable working and managing senior stakeholders
  • Marketing/Communications/Business Degree
  • Understanding of execution requirements, able to write compelling briefs, develop messaging and support execution activities to gain the best outcomes
  • Quick learner, proactive at all times, able to build sustainable relationships in marketing and the business
