IT Support Officer[IT]

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to provide support and solutions for Hardware and Software related issues that may be arise in the Office.
- You will also be responsible to make sure that the Company’s network is running and properly maintained
- Your area of coverage will largely be in the Office but from time to time you may be required to help with any IT related matters at the job site
- You will report to the Financial Controller/General Affairs Administrator
- Other tasks and duties which may be given by your Superior
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Information Technology (IT) background from reputable university
- Having experience working for an IT Consultant/Help Desk Outsourcing Company will be an advantage.
- Must have general knowledge regarding server and network systems
- Must have good knowledge about Microsoft Office Software
- GPA min. 3.00
- Minimum 25 years old
- English is a must both written and spoken
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Discipline and well organized
- Hard worker, able to work under pressure
- Posses good communication skills
- Posess time management skills
