Technical Service Desk Engineer

Responsibilities :

This position is responsible to do IT technical support on customer site mainly in problem solving or technical advisory services.

Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Information Technology major
2. Experiences as IT Helpdesk officer will be an advantage however Fresh Graduate are also encouraged to apply
3. IT Certification will be an advantage
4. Fast learner, highly motivated, good attitude and have a good communication skill is a must
5. Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek area
